Country house located in a small village in the Marche region, San Marcello (AN), located among the hills that characterize the Marche landscape with panoramic views that extend to the sea . More generally we are in the center of the Marche region, just 16km from the beaches of Senigallia but also a 2-hour drive from Bologna and near the city of Urbino.

The original farmhouse was completely demolished and rebuilt in 2013 with excellent construction standards both from a seismic and energetic point of view according to the architectural project and is classified in class A. Photovoltaic system which guarantees electricity and the production of hot water, underfloor heating powered by gas but also by wood due to the presence of a thermo fireplace. Then there is a pantry, a laundry room and a small study room. All these rooms have access to the garden.

The first floor is accessed by this large staircase, very comfortable and with a ceiling with exposed beams and tiles which give the house an original rural flavour.

There is the large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and furnished bathtub, walk-in shower and bathroom with small terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside.

The garden surrounding the house has a surface area of 2,000m2, completely fenced, there is also a 5,000lt water collection tank, and is perfectly paved in the areas around the house in order to create livable corners in the midst of greenery and for the rest is very well looked after and full of plants and flowers. There is a hydromassage tub at the most panoramic point.
