Farmhouse to be completely restored, located near Caminate and only a few kilometers from the town of Fano, reached by a private road that leads to the house. The location is on a medium hill overlooking the valley and part of the sea. The land around the house is approximately 5,000 m2, the utilities are present but need to be reconnected. On the ground floor we currently find the old stables, storerooms and the cellar, on the first floor four large rooms.
