The property for sale isn't a typical rectangular or square house. It's also not a house where everything is perfect, and that's precisely the intention. It's the originality and authenticity that make this property unique. On the ground floor, we begin with the large, country-style kitchen. It is very simple and rustic, yet functional and cozy, with a large original fireplace and a large round dining table. Note that a large pantry adjoins the kitchen. Two large windows overlook the panoramic side of the kitchen, allowing those preparing meals and washing dishes to do their chores while enjoying the spectacular view! From the kitchen, you enter the spacious open-plan living room. Here, too, the panoramic side of the house is filled with windows, which in turn complement the view. In addition to gas central heating (radiators), there is a wood-burning stove. Directly off the living room is a spacious study or office. On the other side of this space is a bedroom with a wood-burning stove, and next to it is the ground-floor bathroom. This opens up a particularly interesting possibility: living on one floor. If there are two of you, you only have to clean, heat, and tidy one floor. Many clients tell us that living on one floor is liberating! Also on this ground floor is a large cellar or storage room with space for wine, olive oil, bicycles, an extra refrigerator, and a laundry room. Upstairs are four bedrooms. They are all quite spacious, one of which is particularly large. They all enjoy plenty of natural light and pleasant views from the windows. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom.
