A very nice and warm Bed & Breakfast located just outside the walls of an ancient town and a 20 minutes drive to Senigallia and the beach. The house has a beautiful view over the valley all the way up to the mountain Il Conero.The B&B has a lovely garden where there has been created a lot of places to relax and enjoy the view . there is a garage and a storage place. The house is divided as follows: Ground floor: 2 B&B rooms with private entrance, bedroom and bathroom and a storage room . 2 apartements with each a private terrace and a kitchen with a small living room, bedroom and a bathroom (one of the apartments has a small second bedroom) .Up strairs ; large livingroom with dining area , open kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
