The municipality of Mondavio (Orange Flag since 2003) is situated on a hill about 20 km from the Adriatic Sea, nestled between two rivers of the Marche region: the Metauro to the north and the Cesano to the south. The municipality occupies a dominant position nestled between the valleys of the same name. The Rocca, dating from the late 15th century, is its most important monument. Just a few minutes away is this fully renovated brick country house, complete with approximately 3,300 square meters of land and a swimming pool (12x6 meters).

Ca' Lucciola literally means House (Casa) of the Fireflies, which can be seen in the garden and fields surrounding the house during certain seasons. Surrounded by the Metauro River and the green countryside, the house has much to offer those seeking nature in a private, rustic setting. Just 15 minutes away is the beautiful Adriatic coast with shops, a wide selection of good restaurants, and beaches.

The country house consists of three separate houses/apartments, each with its own entrance. The beautiful garden features olive and fruit trees, beautiful flowers, a swimming pool (6 x 12 meters) and a large covered terrace. It also has a separate laundry room.

The first house: Ground floor: Spacious living room with fireplace, kitchen (both opening onto the covered terrace), bathroom, and utility room. On the first floor: Three bedrooms and a bathroom.

The second house: Ground floor: A kitchen/diner with fireplace opening onto the covered terrace, and a bathroom. First floor: A cozy living room with fireplace, two bedrooms, and a spacious bathroom.

Third living area: Consists of a kitchen with dining area, a sleeping area, and a bathroom.

In 2012, the roof was newly insulated with new tar mats and 12 cm insulation. In 2012, Termomet installed a new heating system with solar water heaters.

In 2018, solar panels with a capacity of 4.8 kW were installed.

In 2020, the pool's PVC liner was replaced, as were the pump and filter system.

Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms.
