This country house, nestled among the rolling green hills of the Marche region, comprises four independent apartments. One large one is on the first floor, accessible via two external staircases. It comprises three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a living room, and a spacious kitchen. On the ground floor are three apartments: two with a kitchen/diner, bedroom, and bathroom, and one with two bedrooms. There is also an additional room that can be used as an extra bedroom or storage space, two storage rooms, and a utility room under the external staircases.

The house was completely renovated in 2004 with high-quality materials, including new PVC double-glazed windows, terracotta floors, and central underfloor heating. The country house is situated in a rural setting, surrounded by nature, with views over fields, hills, and vineyards. The location is easily accessible, with the Adriatic Sea just 45 minutes away. Centrally located (15 minutes) between the beautiful historic Roman cities of Urbino, Cagli, Fossombrone, and Acqualagna – the latter famous for its truffles.

The house does not have municipal water, but it does have a large underground water tank with a capacity of 2300 liters.
