We find ourselfs near Montecarotto, a small town in the Marche hills in the province of Ancona, surrounded by the panorama of the Apennines and the Adriatic Sea. It is a medieval village with two outstanding craft traditions – the School of Tower Bell Makers and the School of Pipe Organ Makers. It is rich in historic buildings and its many Aziende Vinicole (wine makers), so there is certainly no shortage of wine!

The farmhouse, to be renovated, comprises one hectare of land with a well. The current layout is as follows: warehouse, woodshed, entrance, cellar, and garage on the ground floor. Five rooms are on the first floor.
