In the small hamlet of Tarugo, in the municipality of Cagli, within a cluster of buildings, we offer a portion of an old mill to be renovated, complete with private land. The house overlooks the stream that flows below.

On the ground floor, the original millstones are still present in the former stable area, along with two storage rooms and a large warehouse.
On the mezzanine floor, there is a kitchen, storage room, entrance hall, and living room.
An internal staircase leads to the first floor, which consists of three large bedrooms and a hallway.

Surrounding the building is a garden, and in a separate plot, there is additional agricultural land.
