Villa located 3 km from Fano, overlooking the hills and the town down to the sea. The photovoltaic system produces 12/13,000 kw/year, which covers the internal energy needs of the villa (exchange on site).

Heating and sanitary water system: the heat requirement for both heating and sanitary water is guaranteed with a geothermal heat system in combination with a heat pump and solar panels.

In summary: the water system, the electrical system and the heating and sanitary water system do not incur any costs except for normal routine maintenance.

The kitchen stoves work on an LPG tank with a capacity of 3,000 litres.
