We find our self's in the beautiful valley of the Ancona hinterland, 40 km from Ancona and 20 km from the city of Jesi, where all necessary amenities can be found. The sea and Ancona airport are less than a 30-minute drive away.

The house, accessible via a short unpaved road (3-400 m), is surrounded by approximately 1.3 hectares of parkland filled with fruit trees, olive groves, and various plants. The garden is approximately 3,000 square meters and fully fenced. There is also an outbuilding with a kitchen, bathroom, storage room, wood-burning stove, and a large veranda overlooking the 11.5 x 6 m reinforced concrete swimming pool (only the liner needs replacing to make it look like new). The pool's depth varies from 1.5 to 3 meters. From the terrace, you can admire the beautiful hills of the Marche region, and on particularly clear and sunny days, you can even see the lighthouse in Ancona harbor!

The farmhouse was renovated in 2019: the roof, electrical and plumbing fixtures, and all interiors were updated. Water comes from the public aqueduct, but there is a private well for irrigation. Heating is provided by a thermal stove, a pellet stove with radiators, and LPG.

The building can easily be divided into two independent apartments, as the two floors are connected by both internal and external stairs, and the upper floor is designed as a kitchen. Internally, the house is divided as follows: the ground floor comprises an entrance hall, a cellar, a kitchen, a living room with a fireplace and dining room, a bathroom with a shower, and a hallway. The first floor comprises three bedrooms, two of which have walk-in closets, a kitchen with a fireplace currently used as a storage room, and a bathroom with a sink made from the old wooden feeders used for livestock. Finally, the house features mosquito screens on all windows, an automatic gate, a wood storage area, and a beautiful veranda.
